Tri-Area Community Health is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

Tri-Area Community Health is a Health Center Program grantee and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims for itself and its covered individuals under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
